2. Delivery methods

Maitro delivers access, documents, confirmations, and communications by email, billing portal, calendar invite, direct Maitro communication, or the applicable written scope. Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and checking spam or quarantine folders.

3. Non-delivery support

If a paid confirmation, access email, invoice, or expected digital deliverable is not received within the policy timeline, contact billing@maitro.tech with payment ID, invoice ID if available, checkout email, date, and a concise issue summary.
