The Council is the alumni ring — earned by graduating the Build Lab, never bought. Five things follow from that. They're permanent. The list below is the complete contract; there is no hidden tier above it.

1. I

   Permanent recognition

   Your name stays on the venture you ideated — even after the royalty term closes, even after you exit the Council. The public attribution is not a campaign. It is a record.

2. II

   First refusal on advisor equity

   Every Maitro venture from cohorts that follow yours offers Council members a written first-refusal on any advisor seat that opens. Negotiated independently of Maitro. Council is a syndicate, not a gatekeeper.

3. III

   Lifetime Society and Spotlight

   Society membership for life — including the Letter, the Boardroom rota, the peer-DM directory, and the Knowledge Hub. Spotlight services available for life on Council pricing, never expiring.

4. IV

   Quarterly Council roundtables

   Four closed-door dinners a year, twelve Council members per dinner, location rotates inside India. Annual offsite is the apex format — two to three days, full agenda set by the Council itself.

5. V

   Right of first nomination on Awards juries

   Maitro stages two awards a year — best-in-domain ventures and best operator-CXO of the year. Council members carry the right of first nomination on every jury seat. Names you put forward go in first.
