SAMVAD Feedback Terms
How Maitro collects, uses, cites, and withdraws beta feedback submitted through the feedback widget.

This page separates current controls, roadmap targets, illustrative tools, gated economics, and agreement-controlled terms so senior leaders can evaluate Maitro without mistaking posture for guarantee.
Consent first
The widget stores local consent only after an affirmative click and blocks submission until consent, valid email, and feedback are present.
Maitro only
Feedback is stamped for the Maitro tenant and rejected by SAMVAD if a different project stamp is detected.
Simple withdrawal
Consent can be withdrawn through Bhaskar from Maitro at bhaskar@talproindia.com.

1. Inline consent copy
I consent to Maitro processing my email, optional name, current page route, and feedback message through SAMVAD for product feedback review, tenant-scoped triage, follow-up email, and audit evidence. I will avoid confidential third-party personal data, employer secrets, and sensitive documents in this feedback box. I can withdraw consent any time by emailing bhaskar@talproindia.com.
2. DPDPA-aligned paragraph
SAMVAD handles beta feedback with purpose limitation, data minimisation, explicit consent, withdrawal support, grievance handling, and tenant isolation under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 posture. Maitro uses tester feedback only for feedback review, product triage, queue creation, follow-up, abuse prevention, and audit evidence.
3. Your rights under DPDPA 2023
You may request access to your SAMVAD feedback record, correction of your name or email, deletion where retention is not required, withdrawal of consent, and grievance redressal. The grievance officer for this feedback lane is Bhaskar from Maitro at bhaskar@talproindia.com.
4. Feedback boundaries
Do not submit confidential employer material, third-party personal data, health or financial secrets, credentials, or sensitive documents through the widget. Maitro may close or redact unsafe feedback before triage.
